A: No, toycup.com specializes on only selling online.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: From Fremont, California.

Q: What payment methods do you take?
A: Credit card and PayPal. If your order is above $1,000 we can do bank transfer.

Q: Where are your toys made?
A: Mainly from our design team in Taiwan.

Q: What special material are the soft plush made of?
A: Scooshin. Our stuffed plush animals, are branded as Shinjidai. The ultra-soft material type is our own trademark called Scooshin™.

Q: I placed an order, when will I receive it?
A: Processing order takes 1-2 business days. Carriers will take 2-5 business days.

Q: After I paying, I see an additional Toycup transaction of $0 or $1. Why?
A: Sorry for worrying you. But don't worry, it will go away soon. For security purposes, sometimes our credit card company will temporarily do this to make sure that it's a secure credit card. More info read here.
