PAYMENT We accept Visa, MasterCard. Credit card payment can be made through our secure online order processing. Credit card orders are not charged until the product is shipped out from our warehouse. Orders paid by money order will be shipped, if the product is currently available or as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse upon receipt of the money order. RETURN POLICY We accept returns under the following conditions: 1) We need to be notified of the return within 5 business days of your receipt of the product. 2) The product must still be in MANUFACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If your child opens a toy, plays with it and breaks it, we will not accept it back. If open and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund. Please pack your returns carefully. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt. 3) If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping or store credit can be issued to you. 4) If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the item's factory seal was broken, we cannot accept the item back. 5) Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", "Unable to Forward", "Unclaimed" or otherwise, are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, we are completely not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Shipments are processed based on availability of the product in our warehouse. Credit card orders are shipped from our warehouse with in 48 hours, depending on product availability (Product displayed on toycup.com is not guaranteed to be in stock). Actual shipping time is dependent on shipping method you choose at check out. Orders paid for with a money order are processed upon receipt of the money order at our offices. Orders paid for by checks sent in the mail are held for 14 days to allow for the check to clear. SHIPPING POLICY Most orders are processed within 48 hours of placement. An email confirmation will automatically be sent to the buyer after an order is placed. All the orders placed after 1pm PST will be process on next business day. Orders scheduled for overnight, second day delivery, or three day delivery are processed within 24 hours. For example: if you place an order scheduled for overnight delivery on Monday, you will receive it on Wednesday. All the orders included overnight, second day delivery, or three day delivery, placed after 1pm PST will be process on next business day. Toycup.com ships all domestic orders via FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service. All International Orders are shipped via USPS. Please note that overnight, express mail, second day delivery, or three day delivery is NOT AVAILABLE to Post Office Boxes. Toycup.com does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, so PLEASE be sure to arrange to be at home to accept your package, or have it delivered to a secure site. All domestic order over $50.00 via UPS & FedEx will be required deliver confirmation with signature. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & METHOD Our online order system will automatically calculate the shipping fee. For domestic orders, we provide USPS, Airborne Express, FedEx, UPS shipping method. Shipping options we provide Priority Mail, 3 Days Delivery, 2nd Air and Next Day Air. The shipping rates will be variety. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES & METHOD Toycup.com gladly accepts international orders!!! Please be aware that the shipping rates automatically calculated on our site pertain ONLY TO DOMESTIC ORDERS!!! We only ship international orders via FedEx, Airborne Express, USPS Global Priority Mail, and USPS Express mail. International customers will be contacted via Email within 24 business hours of placing an order, with the shipping rates of customer choice. International customer will be required to fill out International Credit Card Authorized Form for secure reason. Toycup.com WILL NOT ship order without customer fill out the form. Once the buyer has confirmed which method of shipping is preferred, the additional freight charge will be charged to his/her credit card and the item will be shipped via the selected method. Toycup.com takes no responsibility for additional customs fees incurred by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for the length of transport time for international deliveries. Toycup.com is also not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Occasionally, we run short on products or are waiting for orders to be filled by our distributors. Should the product be out of stock, you will be notified via email upon processing of your order. You will be given an estimated time of delivery and given the option of keeping your order until it is filled or canceling.
